Almaydo Rizkyansis Akbar, Batch 02.22, F&B Attendant at Costa Cruise Ships

First of all, MIHCA marks the beginning of my journey where I learned about Hospitality, especially in the Food & Beverages field. I started from zero, and I am very grateful to be guided by great and experienced Instructors, from whom I could learn from their experiences, attitudes, respect, and knowledge in F&B. After graduating from the training, MIHCA has always been there to help me build confidence and prepare myself to apply for Cruise Ships. In the end, I was able to prove myself and work on a Cruise Ship. I am very grateful that everything went smoothly, and it turned out that all the experiences shared by the MIHCA Instructors were true. During my 8 months at sea, I truly felt very valuable experiences that opened my eyes and mind about the world.

Miduk Julio Siburian, Batch 04.19, Assistant Waiter at Norwegian Cruise Ships

For myself, I am truly grateful to God for being given the opportunity to get to know and be processed at MIHCA International Indonesia. Because actually, I didn't know anything at all about the hospitality industry, especially cruise ships. But after joining MIHCA, I was truly taught from scratch, even from below zero. And maybe if it were elsewhere, after finishing school, they would just let you go and find a job on your own, but at MIHCA, even during the time of On the Job Training, assistance was provided. Because during the pandemic, actually my OJT was have a chance to failed because I only got 4 months at Grand Hyatt Jakarta and had to be terminated due to the Covid pandemic, but the MIHCA team promptly offer other alternatives for OJT so that I could graduate. After completing OJT, thank God I immediately received an offer to become a daily worker at Westin Jakarta, from there my career journey continued to develop, until before going to the ship, I became a Pre-Opening staff at Park Hyatt Jakarta for 1 year. and now, thank God, I've signed my second contract with Norwegian Cruise Line.

For friends who want to join MIHCA, don't hesitate, because MIHCA's tagline is "The Gateway to A Global Career", it's not just a tagline, but it's truly consistently realized until now by the MIHCA team! Thank you, MIHCA International Indonesia.

Mochamad Tauifq Ferdiansyah, Batch 04.22, F&B Utility at Aida Diva Cruise Ships

At first, I didn't expect to get a job on a cruise ship so quickly until I joined the program at MIHCA. After completing it, I was informed about a walk-in interview at Alpha Magsaysay, and thankfully everything went smoothly because what we learned at MIHCA was very comprehensive. I didn't have to wait long to be accepted and got a schedule to go on board.

Yonnah Yorisne Randy, Batch 03.21, 1st Commis at Discovery Princess Cruise Ships

MIHCA felt like my last chance to work abroad. When I applied to MIHCA, I was already 28 years old, and I had no background in hospitality. But all the staff and teachers still provided genuine support and good opportunities. Now, on my third contract, I've achieved my dream of working while traveling the world.

Rafly Ivansyah, Batch 02.21, Dining Service Attendant at MS Westerdam Cruise Ships

MIHCA was extremely helpful in teaching me about Food and Beverage Service and giving me a deeper understanding of the international F&B industry, especially in cruise ships. The training at MIHCA was conducted in English, which was very beneficial. For those of you who are still learning, keep up the spirit and give your best for your dreams.
